During the Festive season student and staff visited the Waterside Care Home to spend time with the elderly residents. Knowing that many of the residents will not be leaving the premises and may rarely come into contact with young adults of a different generation It was a heart-warming experience for the elderly residents as well as the pupils. We hope that pupils benefit and gain a better understanding of the older people in our community.
Pictured below, you can see our students demonstrating “The Dab” to one of the residents. The pupils had a wonderful time once again and we hope it is a tradition that long continues.
